Who we are

usefulbeam.com and its products are provided by UsefulBeam (“UsefulBeam”, “we”). You can reach us at support@usefulbeam.com or through our Contact page.

What you're buying

We sell digital products: downloadable files such as worksheets, guides, templates and toolkits. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product's page describes what it contains, its price, its file format and how it is delivered.

• Instant downloads are available as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Preorders are paid now and delivered by the delivery date shown on the product's page when you bought it. You don't get access at the time of purchase.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on each product's page and are one-time payments unless the page says otherwise. Prices in Indian rupees include any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and Whop. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only once the payment gateway confirms the payment to us. If a payment fails but money left your account, it is normally returned to you automatically by your bank or the gateway; write to us if it isn't.
• We may change prices at any time. The price you paid is fixed for your order.

Using the product

• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for yourself, your family or your own classroom or work, including printing it as many times as you need.
• Please don't resell, share, publish or redistribute the product or its files, in whole or in part.
• All content remains the intellectual property of UsefulBeam or its licensors.

Our products offer practical, general guidance and learning material. They are not legal, medical, financial, HR or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the material in your situation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems are solved quickly by email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
