Instant downloads
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, you are taken to your order page, where you can download your files.
- We also email a link to that page to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
- Delivery is worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and an app that opens the product's file format (for example PDF), which is listed on the product's page.
Preorders
Preorders are delivered by email, to the address you used at checkout, by the delivery date shown on the product's page when you bought it. If we miss that date, you can request a full refund (see the Refund policy).
Keeping your files
Your order link is private, so please don't share it. Download your files and keep a copy on your device. If you lose the email or can't download, write to us with your checkout email address and we'll send you a new link.
If you didn't receive your product
Email support@usefulbeam.com with your checkout email address and payment ID. We reply within 2 business days and will either deliver your files or refund you in full.
